    I am absolutely in! I have put on too much weight over the last 6 months. I am such a stress eater and with my husband being laid off, I have not dealt with it well. Need to face to scale because I have been avoiding it. Going back to kickboxing tonight (I pay for it so I should go :)

    20lbs would be a great start and the support would be great.

    Anybody else have a fitbit? I would love to add new friends for motivation.

    I am aiming to lose 20-30lbs! BY Christmas would be wonderful but overall just want to lose and keep it off no matter how long it takes! I just started a low carb diet 7 days ago and already down about 5 lbs! So far it is going in the right direction! I would love to have additional support and motivation/accountability!

    Yes to this above. But I'm going to try my best to hit as many mini-goals along the way to get there!

    We can all pledge to:

    1. Log in every day to MFP
    2. Bite it, write it! (Old WW saying, but it works...no excuses, no cheating...EAT IT, LOG IT!)
    3. Up my cardio (i.e. running) to 30 min 4 x per week

    Trying to lose the extra 35 lbs that 2 pregnancies in 3 years deposited all over my body. I've never stopped working out, so for me the change has to be tracking, tracking, and more tracking.

    159 lbs by Christmas? Yes please.

    My weekly weigh in right now is on Thursday, so I'll probably post to the group on Friday.
