    Who hates weight training?

    People who never do it.
People who dislike the idea of getting stronger.

Give a little "artist formerly known as prince" style whoop grunt at the top of the thrust.

I took 2 weeks off due to work/study schedule. Came back last week and had to take 10kg off the squats. Goddamned atrophied thighs.

My husband. Luckily he hates it slightly less than cardio so he's stuck with it for over a month now. Which is SIGNIFICANTLY longer then he's stuck with any other form of exercise....

    worth noting:

weight training + cardio = better bedroom behavior.

LOL see, define *better* in this scenario, because I'm the limiting factor here, not him, so anything that increased stamina or frequency I might actually consider a bit of a hassle.

I'm 50 and it made mine shoot right out. The good news is that simplifies so much in and of itself.

I won't lie. I don't enjoy it like I do cardio (riding my bike). I like the results though so I deal with it.
