For those of you have seriously tried Chalean Extreme!
I dislocated my knee awhile ago and I still have issues with high impact movements with that leg!
Is there a lot of this involved in her workout? Thinking of getting it but I want your opinion first

thanks for your help:blushing:

    hmmmmm!!! Anybody???
  • Chalean Extreme is not high impact, however there are alot of lunges and squats. You could probably just modify where you need to and go light with the weights at first to see how your body responds.
    Good luck!

CLE is definitely doable with knee issues. It is not high impact, but as stated by someone else, there are a lot of lunges and squats.

Yes, lots of lunges and squats, which had my knees working overtime those first two weeks getting used to all of this but it was never something a little ice couldn't handle in the evenings. They also show you how to modify and Chalene herself always encourages proper form and going slow to prevent injury. I hope that helps a bit!
