I'd love to join! I do some of the Leslie Sansone dvds (never heard of her before MFP - but that's more to do with being a Brit!) and I find the time goes by really quickly.

I would like to join this. I am shooting at doing 15 minutes a day. I have a treadmill so on rainy days or late nights at work I will be able to use it. So I guess I have 420 minutes for this month.0

Well school threw me way off last month and I didn't get all my miles in. Right now I'm striving to find some balance between school/homework and getting my workouts in. Virgo had a fantastic idea to log my walking minutes instead of miles. I am aiming for 60 minutes a week (3-20 minute workouts) for a total of 240 minutes for the month.
I will make up a new ticker tonight after school.0 -
I'm in! I've done pretty well in January on the fitness side of things, but I don't want to lose my motivation, so this challenge sounds great! I feel like my goal of 20 miles is a bit on the low side, but I do other exercise besides walking most days of the week, so we'll see... Good luck everyone!0

I decided to set my goal for 40 walking miles this month. I have been on a few walking challenges and have never met my goal as of yet. I feel February is going to be the month for me. :smooched:

Updated my ticker, having just done 3 miles with Leslie!!!
The youtube footage is one of the dvds I used(I have to get her stuff off Amazon from the USA).
I've just ordered some more!!!!

I walked/jogged for 30 minutes this morning and updated my ticker! I can now jog for 3 straight minutes.0

I walked/jogged for 30 minutes this morning and updated my ticker! I can now jog for 3 straight minutes.
That's awesome! My jogging is still only about 30 seconds. :laugh: I'm working on it.0 -
Despite last night's sleet I put on my Yaktrax and made 40 minutes this morning.0

I walked 2.12 miles during my lunch break today. This challenge was definitely a motivating factor.0

I would like to join this challenge. I joined this site months ago, but then never did anything with it. I have been losing weight slowly for the last several months and the weight loss ticker is one that I made when I first joined. It now reflects the weight that I have lost since then. I would like to walk 28 miles this month.0

Having done so well last month at this I'm not off to a very good start on day 1 of this month I didn't even make it to the gym. So lazy today, I didn't even make a new ticker. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Did increase my total for Feb. Good Luck everyone in this challenge.0

Walked 1 1/2 miles today. Goal is only 1 a day, but it was a chilly day and overcast, something about it just felt so nice, I kept walking. Then it got dark...and I was freezing...time to go in. haha0
