For everyone that is exercising to Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred...How are you logging it in your exercise journal with proper calorie burn?

    A heart rate monitor is the best way....but if you don't have one, use the "circuit training" in the MFP database.

    I have a HRM and log it as circuit training. The mfp calorie burn seems to be close on that for me w/o the HRM too.

    I use the circuit training also. I am 35, 5'4 and 121 lbs. and it says that I burn 184 calories for 25 min of the circuit training. I plan to get a HRM to see how accurate the calories burned is. I FEEL like I burn twice as many! lol
