This is going to be tough. I want to lose 10 lbs a month until December, but I didn't make my January goal (granted I set this goal mid-month, when I started actively participating on this site). But I'll give it a try.

We are snowed in today with a blizzard raging outside! I already finished with the challenge for the day. I haven't been doing push-ups lately (since I got pregnant with my 7 month old son) so I had to do girly push-ups. :blushing: This will help me to work back up to real push ups. Also, sit-ups are not what help me the most to get a nice, flat tummy. So I did 10 crunches, 10 bicycle crunches and 10 reverse crunches instead.

Good idea for a weekly challenge. During the week I normally incorporate these things into my workout routine, but not everyday. I completed the challenge for today along with my 30 minutes of cardio and will continue to do it everyday from now on!0 -
