Sams Club sells a Blackened Salmon with several fillets in the bag. Its very good and doesnt have a fishy taste. Very reasonable too, about $15 a bag.

This recipes sounds very good and easy. Thanks for sharing!

Just a suggestion....if you are not much of a fish eater, try a mild tasting fish like flounder, grouper or tilapia first. Salmon is not quite as mild.

Thanks for the tips!! I do eat Tilapia, and I like that, and that's what I thought, baby steps into the more "fishier" tasting fish! LOL
  • I love salmon. But if you want to try eating more fish and are not a big fan, you should ask your fish provider for a milder tasting fish like Orange Roughy, Tilapia or Halibut. You can use the same recipe and it wont' be as strong as a fishy taste as salmon. Then once you enjoy those you can graduate to the very healthy Salmon. Enjoy
  • oops just noticed the other post similar to mine.
