Okay, here we go! first challenge! wow my weight as a number looks so small....but I'm barely 5'1" with a little frame! so loosing those 8 lbs would make a world of difference and I really want to get STRONG!!
This will be hard because I love good food and wine. hitting below 1200 cals per day is sooo hard!!

totally agree with you danoodle...i'm 5'1 and 120 right now. I want to get to 110 but like you said, it is really tough eating less than 1200 calories a day. wish i was taller! haha

I want you all to think about this every time you are thinking of eating something that is not good for your body or skipping some exercise - what would it feel like to be 10 pounds lighter? Would that mean that you go down a size? Or that you can get in to your skinny jeans? Or that your work clothes feel loser? Or someone says "wow you look great"? You are within reach of feeling that way. You just need to stay focused and believe in yourself and you could start March feeling and looking lots better than you do today.
Challenge for this week: Do 20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 lunges, 20 squats and run up 20 steps EVERYDAY! You can do it - post to let us know how you get on.
