EXERCISE CALORIE QUESTION

Let me just say that it doesnt effect the way I eat. I only eat back 140 of my exercise calories anyway but I am really curious as to why you are allowed to eat back your cardiovascular exercises but not your strength training?

It's not like lifting weights doesn't burn calories!?!?!

and I know its damn near immposible to know how many calories you have burned strength training but im sure there is an average "guess" just like you dont really know how many calories you burn doing cardio. everything is just a "guess"

anyone have an idea of what im saying here?
