I notice that I am going to the bathroom more during the day. But I have finished my eight glasses of water by 6pm. Are you drinking water up til you go to bed?0

I have been told that it is necessary to drink 8 glasses in order for the kidneys to flush out the wastes in the body that are the result of diet and exercise. I also find that I have to go more that I did but the weight is coming off. I have a natural tendency to retain fluid so it was scary to dring 8 glasses. Now I find no swelling in my ankles at the end of the day, something is working.0

my water intake is done by 6-7. this doesnt happen every night but way more when i workout longer.0

this is normal, if you are not so used to doing the longer workouts then it will take your body a while to adjust to the new workout=water intake ratio. if you are enjoying working out longer, then persever with drinking no less than 8 glasses even if it means getting up to pee, your body will soon get used to it. :drinker:0

8 to 10 times a night is not normal. It it continues I would see a doctor. I drink until I go to bed, I even have a cup of tea right before I go to bed and never get up during the night. I would think 1 or 2 times would be okay, but anything more than that I would talk to a doctor about it.0
