    Well didnt lose much this week but for all the food I ate thursday and again yesterday at mother-in-laws thanksgiving, a loss is a loss. Im at 193.3. Now to start back up with the workouts since going across Kansas this week didnt make much time for workouts. Hoping next week will be better. I so want to break out of these 190s. I keep getting out of them and back into them and I want out of them for good.

    I would like to join in. My happy weight goal is 148 - I'm a 5' 6" , 60 year old guy. Going to set 2 May for my Happy Weight Goal Date. That means 1 pound a week for 22 weeks. I plan to check in on Mondays. See you all then.

    Hello :flowerforyou: I'd like to join. I need a good kick up the butt for these last few kilos to come off :)

    Height 166 cm (5'4 and a little bit LOL)
    SW-75 kg (166 lbs)
    CW- 69.9 kgs (154 lbs)
    GW-65 kgs (143 lbs) but because 143 is soo close to 140 i may do that instead :tongue:

    Just checking in again. Still shooting for 148 by 2 May 2010. Been a good boy so far this year. I give myself an A+ for exercise but a C- for diet. I kind of dropped off logging in my food and when I do that I tend to eat too much without thinking about it. However, I'm back to keeping track and expect good things to happen again.

    I'm at 191lbs! 37lbs gone!

    Definitely on track for my 150 goal, then we'll see about 140.

    Checking in again. Chipping away at it lost 1.6 pounds this week. Still on track for goal weight by May - 27 to go.

    Ground hog day is past but I'm a hog that lasts. This hog is now in the 160s by the hair of his chinny chin chin at 169. Hopefully I won't stay in the 160s long on my way to the 150s. I'm still on track to get to the 140s by May. Is anyone still out there on this thread? Love to hear from you.:love:

    Inching or should I say pounding my way toward my goal of 148 by May. I'm 168.4 and only lost 0.6 pounds this week. However, considering what I ate on Superbowl weekend - I'll take it. Hope for better next week? It will be nice to be within 20 pounds of my goal.
