90 Day Challenge-Challenge 6

We are almost half way through...... We need to step it up now... The workouts will get harder from now on...... Do you best and push through them!!!!

Week 6
February 5-11, 2011
1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week
2. 4 sets of 10 Pushups 4 out of 7 days this week.
3. Wall Squats twice a day for 3 out of 7 days this week. Hold as long as you can.
4. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 2 out of 7 days this week
5. Do 8 Sets of 25 Sit-ups 3 out of 7 days this week.

    Wow this one is going to be a toughie....

    BUt that is what makes it a challenge.. I can't beleive we are 1/2 way through this already... Ok off to add more exercise to my day :)

    I'm very up for this challenge. I didn't do too well at all over the past week (and I suprisingly lost almost a pound), but I'm ready to go hard this week. This cold weather has just got me wanting to eat eat eat and stay curled up in a warm blanket. My goal this week will be to finish this challenge! Good luck, everyone!

    What's a wall squat?

    I'll try to explain. Lean against a wall and slide down it until it's like you're sitting in a chair with feet flat on floor. Stretch arms out in front of you and hold for as long as you can.

    Great explanation! If you need to visualize it, just search "wall squats" and there are sure to be pictures.

    2. 4 sets of 10 Pushups 4 out of 7 days this week. 1/4( found it easier to do 20/25 situps20 more)
    3. Wall Squats twice a day for 3 out of 7 days this week. Hold as long as you can. 1/3 I don't last to long on these
    4. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 2 out of 7 days this week 1/2 2+hrs of ddr this morning and zumba class
    5. Do 8 Sets of 25 Sit-ups 3 out of 7 days this week.1/3

    I want to see the 140's next week and I think this challenge is just what i needed to give me the extra boost.. I can hardly wait till next saturday to see how is has worked :) I need a 2.2 loss this week to get there...

    4. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 2 out of 7 days this week not today:( 15 min is better than none
    5. Do 8 Sets of 25 Sit-ups 3 out of 7 days this week. 86/600

    I split up the sit ups for each day. That will be 86 a day 7 days this week.

    My abs and arms are so sore now! So I am going to give them a break today and just do some cardio. :)
