What's the best pickup line someone has tried to use on you? The cheesiest? Did they work?

For me- the best- Just a simple 'hi my name is'

The cheesiest- I've been a bad bad boy, will you spank me and put me in the corner? A couple more drinks and I might have taken him up on it!!

The first one usually works- unless of course his next line is - I've been a bad bad boy...... lol

    I agree, the best are simple and straightforward. "Hi, my name is..." Although my husband answered my online personal ad by saying, "I think you might be stranger than me..." It's been 11 years, and the jury's still out on that. But I certainly love a guy who not only acknowledges, but appreciates, my oddities! :love:

    I think the best pickup line a guy could use is, "Hi! I'm <insert name here>. What's your name?"

    The worst chat up line that was ever used on me was soooo ling winded and went something like:
    "You know how when you're looking for something you can never find it, then when you stop looking you'll find exactly what it was you were looking for all along? Well congratulations, you found me!"

    If I remember correctly, I gave him a strange look, turned on my heels and walked off leaving him standing there!

    There's also the old "Have you heard of a fella called Robbie Williams... He's my cousin"

    I met my current boyfriend at a house party, we got talking, I thought nothing of it, and he grabbed my hand! No lines, just honesty and persistance.

    Not really a fan of chat up lines as they are all cheesy. The worst I heard (as in the most insulting) was "nice legs, what time do they open?" followed by me slapping him across the face! Another one, "Nice outfit but it would look even nicer on my bedroom floor"

    Unfortunately English guys seem to think it's a pre-requisite...
