I'm trying to lose those 15-20 lbs that just won't go away (and reduce my body fat from 23% to around 13-15%.). I've used tools like myfitnesspal in the past with success. myfitnesspal is much more flexible and user friendly (given the web interface and synchornization feature.) My older tools lacked a web interface (and the iPhone interface is much more flexible than the windows mobile interface I was using.)

When I was younger, I weighed 270 (male, 5'10") and lost more than 100lbs through lifestyle changes and running. Then I started adding muscle and cycling. Now I'm trying to slowly make changes that will slowly improve my overall fitness. This seems a great tool set and community in which to make lifestyle changes.
