Happy Monday Morning everyone! I will be heading down to Key Largo this week until Sunday, so I highly doubt I will be loosing 2lbs this week. I am sorry!!!!!! But next week I will be back on track for sure!!!
You all did such a great job this past week, and I agree with everyone, Linda you do a FABULOUS job!!!!

I am sorry guys, I would have to starve myself to loose more than 1lb/week. This is my normal and natural speed and I cant push for more - anyway I dont have that much to loose so I am ready to be really patient and do it the healthy way. Loosing faster would not be healthy for me!
But I am cheering for all of you, you can do it0 -
I just wanted to check in and let you know that my scale quit working. I have ordered a new one so I should be able to weigh in next week. I'll just count this week as a zero pound loss and hope to have more by next week!0

I feel ya there!! it def gets harder and harder the smaller you get!!! we will root you on for 0.5lbs...hows that?! you are doing great though and every little bit counts!I am sorry guys, I would have to starve myself to loose more than 1lb/week. This is my normal and natural speed and I cant push for more - anyway I dont have that much to loose so I am ready to be really patient and do it the healthy way. It looks like everyone is doing great. I love looking at the chart and being able to see everyone weight loss. Keep up the good work ladies. I am in for the 2lb challenge, I want to see a 2lb loss this week0

I truly don't want to turn anybody away who needs motivation and support to lose weight. This was orignally set up for people who wanted to accomplish the same goal. I only want members who truly want to be here.
All I ask is 2 things from people. In this group:
1. To e-mail me every Saturday before midnight with their new weight whether it be a gain or a lost
2. To e-mail me on the 1st of every month with their body measurements (bust/chest, waist and hip).
I want us to look back at the end of 2011, and say " I did it" with every group member's participation.
We did this as a group thru tough times, and all. No one got left behind.
This is all that I ask. If you can do those 2 things for the other members, then WELCOME BACK! No hard feelings, just UNITY needed.
So again I say. If you truly want to be here, "Let's get this party started".

Our first change is that .... WE MUST DRINK MORE WATER. When you feel hungry drink some water, wait 10 minutes and if you are still feel hungry... it is because you are.
Our 2nd thing is that .... WE MAKE WISE FOOD CHOICES, weigh and measure our foods i.e., 3 ounces of protein, 1/2 cup veggies, take accountailityfor everything you put in your mouth and when you feel satiated, save the remainder for later.
Our 3rd change is that every morning you must eat BREAKFAST, and get moving (walking, jogging, housework, etc). 30 minutes of physcal activities (15 in the AM/ 15 in the PM).
1. Tick. Already on it
2. Tick. Measuring, tracking & watching it all.
3. Double Tick. Just Right cereal with peaches (yummo) & running 3km.

1. We weigh in every Saturday and you (send me an e-mail with your new weight. & current measurements Bust/Waist/Hips)
2. Once a month on the 1st exactly, we take our body measurements.
Besides motivating and encouraging each other, that's all there is to this group. We all hope to be at goal by the end of the year.

Have fun at Disney! I use to work there, I was a boat captain for the friendship boats at EPCOT and I served at Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom! Great memories!!!!

So can somebody give me a quick summary of that 17 day diet that you were all talking about please?
Maria-I was doing the 30 day shred for a while...but then I bought an elliptical and have been focusing on that!! but it is a great workout so keep it up!
Roz-I am not up north!! LOL I was born and raised in Green Bay, WI but have lived in the desert of Henderson (which is a few miles outside of Vegas) for the past almost 8 years!! I do NOT miss the cold or the snow!! LOL
SO where is everyone else from??
For all of us doing this weeks 2lb challenge....let's get this done!! woohoo!!
