    Hi!! Hope you don't mind if I climb on board. Started two weeks ago @ 244. I will weigh in tomorrow. The first week I dropped 5 pounds pretty quickly, but last week I was only down by two of my original weight. I didn't go on any binges and kept within my calorie alotment. I even walked two miles (twice). Trying not to get discouraged!
