I am a Labor and Employee Management Relations Officer in a Human Resource Office for the US Army Corps of Engineers. I work with managers to discipline/rehabilitate employees and work with union representatives on employee grievances....blah blah blah. I like it though, it's a challenge and always interesting.

My son is hearing impaired. He got his first set of hearing aids when he was 9 months old. I cried like a baby when they turned them on and motioned for me to say something so I would be the first voice he heard. It was amazing.0
