    A few ppl have messaged me asking how I did it, and if I had lapband or gastic bypass.

    No I have not. I lost my first 60, took a break for a few months, and found MFP and lost some more.

    It's been hard work, dedication and lots of SWEAT! I will try to post another pic w/o a coat soon, but this is the newest one I have - from last weekend- and was just eager to get something up!
