Not sure I will add anymore situps this week my tail bone is sore and raw from the grinding on the floor.. Hurts to sit... owwweeee... Found out my treadmill has some awesome programs on it and been doing those, and I moved up to the next level of zumba Looking forward to doing those over the weekend.
PS I got the biggest loser challenge for the wii game.. And the program they give you is quite boring in my opinion for the hour long program.. Will try some of the others and let you know what I think? Is anyone else using it? Thanks for the input

152.0 only -.2 this week, hard to believe I completed every challenge and then some.. I don't measure till the first of the month, but I am defiantly feeling stronger.. So the scale is only a number and I will not let it get me down.. No one will know what I weigh unless I tell them.. However they will see what I look like in my clothes Good Luck everyone and remember it's only a number and while seeing those numbers go down is a bonus. How you feel is the biggest reward ..
