    Delicious salmon patties.
    .
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray heavily with nonstick spray.

Clean salmon if you get it in a can. If you buy it boneless in a pouch then dump 2 bags of pink salmon into a mixing bowl. Add following ingredients into salmon:
    1/4 c. Eggbeater OR 1 Large egg
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. 2%milk
    1/2 tsp worcestershire
    1 tsp. dried dill
1/4 c. reduced fat finely shredded cheddar jack cheese

Using 1/4 cup per patty, make approximately 5 to 6 patties. It will be a bit fragile, so handle carefully. Place on foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Take out of oven after time, let rest for 5 minutes.
Be gentle while taking away from foil.
The Reynold's Release works the best!

    1 Patty has the following:
    Calories: 201
    Carbohydrates: 2
Fat: 11 (that is Omega 3 fat, it's good brain and muscle building fat)
    Protein: 25

Put the tin of salmon in a dish, add a can of pinto beans, some cherry tomatoes and 1/2 an avocado. Delish!

I use canned salmon in place of tuna for sandwiches since it doesn't have the issues with mercury contamination that tuna does, plus canned salmon is always wild caught, not farmed. I usually add half fat free greek yogurt/half light mayo as the base, then put in chopped celery, shredded carrot, diced red onion...basically whatever you like in tuna salad.

If you are easily icked out like me, make sure you buy the boneless/skinless canned salmon! Trader Joe's sells it at a very good price (if you have a TJ's nearby).

salmon patties. I saw that someone alrady posted a recipe for you. You can actually even bake them to cut the fat, which is nice. Most of them are fried. Other than patties, I have never made anything with canned salmon. Bon Appetit! (spelling??)

If you can cook -- My grandfathers recipe- Salmon Patties
1 row of club crackers smashed
    1 egg (per can)
mrs. dash (or whatever flavor you want)
1 can salmon (tuna works just as well)

mix it all up and make patties , pour some veg oil (or coconut oil, little sweeter) in to a pan and fry patties

note: this will fog up the kitchen, you may need to turn off the smoke detector

    whole wheat spaghetti

saute a whole mess of minced garlic in olive oil.
add a springling of crushed red pepper.
in another pan, sautee diced baby bella mushrooms and broccoli (set aside)
add a splash (1 TB) of half and half, and squeeze half of a lemon to the garlic, pepper, and olive oil mixture.
add salmon and some fresh shaved parm.

Toss pasta, veggies, and sauce/mixture together.

    Soooo yummy.
