I would love to start to add a few friends, but would like to limit it to married couples or individuals. Just a fun, safe environment where happily married people can share encouragement and support! Friend me!

I'm quite excited with this tool ... I think this is just what I needed to keep the motivation up!0
-
Motivation yes and also the big one..accountability! No hiding behind the fact that you didn't know that Twinkie you ate had a billion calories! I think it's the first time I have actually liked using numbers! I have never been a fan of math, more the creative type. Good luck to everyone.0

I LOVE this idea!!! I think it's helpful to receive encouragement / ideas from people going through the same things! I'm *almost* 30 (bday in 6 days!!), been married for about a year and a half, and have a 13 year old.0
-
Yeah, tracking really makes you see it ... I now know that I have a love hate relationship with mayonnaise0
-
Accountability absolutely! The thought went through my mind on the treadmill last night, "I can't wait to post on MFP that I ran a 10k for the first time in a year." I was not as excited to post the six glasses of red wine I followed with. :drinker: A mile for every glass! That seems fair. I am a person who doesn't like to be restricted so seeing the balance really helps. And if I want to drink 6 glasses of wine, I know I have to run it off.0
