p90x quetion

I like P90X for any fitness level. The workouts are longer, but there are stretching and water breaks factored in. When I did it before, I just modified the moves. Also, some of the DVDs were easier for me than others. I'm good at Yoga but not so much at push ups. I also don't have a pull up bar since my husband and I work out together, so we use bands. They probably aren't as intense, but that's ok with me.0
