♥♥♥EAT YOURSELF HEALTHY ♥♥♥ (your body is YOUR TEMPLE so give it some LOVE!!! ♥♥♥)

♥♥♥WHEN: Monday 14th Feb- Monday 28th February

♥♥♥RULES: you must eat at LEAST ONE of the 25 foods each day that burn fat

♥♥♥FOODS THAT BURN FAT:

1. Cayenne Pepper
2. Ginger
3. Cinnamon
4. Apples and Berries
5. Citrus Fruits
6. Soybeans
7. Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)
8. Garlic
9. Seaweed
10. Green Tea
11. Oats - Oats is one of the breakfast cereals that will keep you the fullest - even until lunch time. Make sure to regularly have oats as part of your breakfast.
12. Whole-grain carbs - Whole grain carbs will also keep you fuller than other carbs. Try as far as possible to stick to whole grain carbs.
13. Grapefruit - A grapefruit makes a great snack. If it is a bit too bitter for you, you may add some sweetener.
14. Ice cold water - Ice cold water may help to boost your metabolism. Have at least 2 liters a day.
15. Pineapples and Mangoes - Mangoes and pineapples are super delicious snacks.
16. Fat free dairy products - Try to make fat free dairy products your dairy of choice.
17. Lean protein - Lean protein like chicken, fish and lean red meats should be preferred over fattier meat types.
18. Lettuce,Cucumber and Tomatoes - Add these for a great tasting salad.
19. Chillies - Chillies add a bite to your meals that will also help you to burn more calories.
20. Spinach - Spinach is high in vitamins and minerals. Add them to your meals on a regular basis.
21. Lemons - Lemons tastes great in drinks and it is also excellent to cook with.
22. Carrots - Carrots are an excellent snack. Cut them up and pack them in your lunch box for a great treat.
23. Broccoli - Make broccoli one of your main veggies.
24. Almonds - Almonds are tasty and good for you. Have at least 6 a day.
25. Beans and other pulses - Be sure to add beans and other pulses to your soups, salads and other meals.
