Hip Hop Abs, Leslie Sansone 3 or 5 mile walk... I would also like to try zumba, but is difficult lol but looks very fun!0

I do a Yoga bootcamp two times a week. It is so much fun, but so not like normal yoga. We incorporate a lot of cardio excercises in with the stretching to keep our heart rates up. It is so much fun!0

My various Wii games...I just got Zumba but don't have enough room in my bedroom to do it. I finally got the nerve to walk outside in my neighborhood today haha! A nice walk in crisp air is always nice.0

I would have to agree with mostly everyone else and say Zumba! Zumba is the best workout ever! You feel like you are just dancing and having a good time. It may look difficult but it gets easier when you have been doing it for a long time.0

I do a mixture of 30 Day Shred, Shred It w/Kettlebells and HIIT on the treadmill.0

I absolutely love jogging. I'm going to name my treadmill soon...because things you adore should have one!0

Never tried Zumba, but I LOVE Cardio Kickboxing the best. I don't do it very often, but I love it.0

I love fitness classes at my gym My favourites are Zumba (I haven't met someone who hasn't liked it!), Aqua Aerobics and a class my gym calls "Cardio Class". Cardio Class has different stations set up with different exercises, we work in pairs and rotate around. It's really tough! Your gym might have something similar. I've got a few classes on my list left to try like Body Pump and Mix-n-match but I'll get to them eventually.0

Oh, also, Cardio Kickboxing if you're not into Zumba. BEST WORKOUT EVER.0

I take Zumba once a week and on the other days, I do a mix of elliptical/treadmill.0

I'm getting a treadmill in a week or 2. I was wondering how do I do "HIIT" on the treadmill? I that where you just run as fast as you can for 2 minutes and then walk to recover for 30 seconds? Do this straight for 30 minutes or so?0 -
I love swimming. I train with the adult section of a local club. It's so motivating to have coached sessions where you are encouraged to challenge yourself. It's good to be training with friends, we all agree that we work much harder as a group than we would on our own as none of us wants to admit to the session being too tough. We train at set times so no procrastinating and putting it off until later (with the possibility of later becoming never). Also if for any reason one of us misses a session without explanation others text or facebook to check the person is OK and once again no one wants to admit to being too lazy to train. I can definitely recommend it.0
