Im back and hopefully on track Sunday I kinda fell off the wagon a little and monday was a rough day for me then last night dinner failed and so I got dinner in....some days after working all day Im not in the mood or frame of mind to cook and then I usually have 2 hungry boys and a patient daughter waiting for some food creation...anyhow Im going to stick to fail proof meals and get all my water in, watch my calories the rest of the week and start the 30 day shred video!! Hopefully I can pull off 2lbs this week for the team!! Good luck everyone0 -
I would LOVE to join you all on this journey! Please add me as a friend I just started using this site this week, so it is a good time to get involved here. As it is already mid-week, I will wait to give my starting measurements this weekend. The only thing I need to know is what time zone do you work off of? I currently live in Okinawa, Japan & am 17 hours ahead of US West Coast time. I just want to make sure I adjust time to make sure I get the measurements sent in when I'm supposed to. Looking forward to reaching my goals with all of you!0

Linda-I love the wii!! I have wii fit, wii active (which I love), wii zumba (which I love), and jillian michaels and biggest loser!! Have you ever done the step game that they have for it?? I was thinking of getting that one too!
AFM(as for me)-I had my "real" WI today and was down 2.2 since last Wed and 1.2lbs from Sat WI on here!! so a few days left to hit that 2lb goal that some of us have set for ourselves!! lets do this!!0 -

I didnt make the 2 lb challenge this week. I do my weigh ins on friday. I lost 1.2 lbs I am at 200.2 I am so close to onderland I can taste it, I wanted it for this week, but next week for sure......

Hi everyone,
Had a bad week..but managed to lose 0.8pounds. Im dissapointed that it wasnt the 2lb that i wanted to achieve..but its still a loss.
It was the first anniversary of losing my dad yesterday, and my emotions have been everywhere this week. Im not using my dad as an excuse..but just feel the need to write it down and get it of my chest.

AFM: I had a loss of -3.2lbs this week, so very happy of course! seems I do well every other...since last week I had only lost 0.2lbs but -3.4 in 2 weeks isn't to shabalaba!!0 -

I have been back in the gym since mid-Jan, but only fully committed to 3 days and I range from 1800 to 1600 calories often....I'm trying to get exercise up and calories down, but its easy to steer away!

WOW 39.4lbs is awesome!! great job everyone!! that's a total of 17 out of 21 in the group with a loss, and 11 out of 21 in the group who met the 2lb goal!! Blackswan- you did great this week, with your -1.6! And to everyone else...just keep pushing...we all have weeks where we didn't lose what we wanted to, but the important thing is to move on and kick it this weekl!0

great job to you too!!! this week is gonna be a little tricky with V-day, as far as the 2lbs go...but I think that the 10 (80oz) of water is a great challenge for the week, and maybe we could do a calorie burned exercise goal instead of a days amount goal?? My normal goals are for 80oz of water per day and 1000 calories burned per week. so I am up for it!!well done everyone! especially the 2lbs and over!!! woohoo!
