    I found it interesting that you wore a Livestrong bracelet...I wear a similar bracelet from my favorite specialty running store. I look at it and remember what I'm doing this for. Thanks for your story and congratulations on your success :-)

    WOW! That's awesome, you inspire me, I started really watching what I eat and working out about a 2 monmths ago, and have lost 19 lbs. With about 200 more to go! It's great to see results and to know that it can happen if you are diligent! Way to go!
