Hello Everyone!
I'd like to be part of this challenge--if you'll have me! I was part of another one here earlier this year, but got so discouraged I didn't complete it! I'm having such a time with weight loss--I think it's my age...grrrrr!!! I know what it takes to be successful--I lost over 60 pounds on WW 7 years ago...but, alas, they all came back and brought a few friends!! It seems I go one step forward and two or three backwards now!! The new WW Points+ allows for free fruits and some veggies--and I think my body is taking full advantage of it and storing up those pounsd!! I think watching calories will work better for me at this stage of the game!! I'm hoping for a better round this time!! (Sorry for the "whine"!!!!!!)
SW 246.0 02/14/11 (I've learned the hard way that those "point" somethings are pretty important!!) I'm cautiously optimistic about the 12 pound loss...but I'd be thrilled with 6!!
Any tips would be appreciated!!!
