Diane's Banana & Blueberry Muffins
Makes 12 regular size muffins
Dry ingredients:
½ cup ground flaxseed meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup wheat germ
¼ cup wheat bran
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Wet ingredients:
4 very ripe medium sized bananas, mashed (approx 2 cups)
¼ cup sugar
2 egg whites
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed & drained)
Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Carbs: 27g
Sugar: 11g
Fiber 5g
Protein: 5g

How did you get the calories down so low? When I calculated it was 213 per muffin at minimum. They were very good though!!0

Just to be sure, I calculated my nutrition facts a 2nd time on a different site. I used sparkrecipes.com this time instead of the MFP recipe calculator and I only got a difference of 2 calories. Spark Recipes is saying 139 instead of 137. So, I'm not sure what you're entering. :ohwell:0
