45 Minutes Cardio--crashed and burned here....I plan to make it up this weekend, tho!! (Even if it just counts in my head!!)

YAY!!! Easter Bunnies!!! Love it! I am in! I hope I will do well this go 'round...came closer by the end of the V-day Challenge, but I have been battling with some health issues & so I am back & trying to get things back together with eating & exercising! I am excited to join you all for this & thanks to Tausha & Sky for all their hard work!

I'd like to join! I had such a great time doing the Valentine's day challenge at it was a huge motivator for me. I only have 7 lbs to goal so I won't be going for the 12 lbs loss, but I figure these last 7 may feel more like 12!
Oh, starting weight for this challenge is 122.2
Goal weight is 115 (hopefully 2 days before Easter, my birthday!)
Long term goal: Rugged Maniac 5K September!!!
I'm also doing a 100 push up challenge. I'm just starting and I'm on week 2 day 1 with a total of 59 pushups...

Im in! I did the Valentines day challenge and I made it and it was so helpful! My Current weight is 178 and hopfully by easter I will weigh 166! I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHICH STRENGTHENS ME:)0

Taking steps to become more healthy will provide my life with more energy in general and it will give me a heightened sense of self-confidence which will affect how I interact with others. I think having more energy will help me to give more and having more confidence will help me to reach out more.0 -

Well today i have drunk 9 glasses of water
Done 30 minutes of the biggest loser wii full body & then 4 rounds of hangwire (standing mountain climbers & wood chops) I really wanted to give up & sit down & watch tv.0 -
I got all of my water in for today !
I exercised for 45 minutes doing the Zumba on the wii!
And i lifted my weights too !
