    Between 30 and 40 days, you can really see a difference in your shoulders! I know that is a weird thing to notice, but I tend to notice people's shoulders and posture a lot. You look great, congratulations on all your hardwork.

    The big change is that after I lost 30 pounds I started working with a personal trainer & I know it made a difference in my arms/shoulders...it's nice that someone else can notice it!! thx!!!
