    My worst nightmare - I am an EMPLOYER :happy: (I must rant a hundred times a day about employment laws!!)

    I smoke salmon :smokin: amongst other foods, have an STB 4* Visitor Centre and Bistro.

    I'm in Customer Service during the day and before and after work I'm a mother to 3 kids ages 6, 9, and 12. And I'm a wife. So I pretty much hear whining ALL. DAY. LONG.

    I'm a labor relations mgr for state of NJ. Lots of stress but the job helps me keep to my goals during the work day...not much time to eat!
