    Thank you! I started yesterday; today was my first full day. I would like to take your words as my motto: Choices, Will Power, Accountability. Your story is exactly what I needed to read and your pictures are worth a hundred thousand words. Oh...and I'm not going to tell what I'm doing until I'm wearing a size 10 and can post. I'll do a before picture this evening and upload it to remind myself why I'm doing this.

    Amazing!!!! what an inspiration! I'm so glad your brought up Zumba because I just started two weeks ago and now i'm thinking of taking a class three to four times a week!! I love it, and it's so much fun! but how do you add it to your excercise tracker???:drinker:

    I wear an HRM (chest strap kind) to every class! It tells me exactly how many calories I burn. Love Zumba and love my HRM!
