    19lbs for me so far and loving it! :) Two months/ish to go, I wonder how things will go and how I will be feeling then :)

    I love this site, I never imagined I'd EVER lose any weight as I just did not know how to - and for it to calculate everything for you and with all the support, it's FABULOUS x

    Want to loss a stone by mid April as going on holiday. I am starting today and have forgotten all the rules for dieting as it is so long since I have needed to make the effort. I am good with exercising but the last 12 monthshave been enjoying the good life far too much and it has finally caught up with me. Any help will be greatly appreciated
