    I know it is a bit of a challenge, but does anyone else thing that 45 mins of strength training/week seems like a very low amount? I would think 3 sessions of 30 mins would be ideal. What do you guys think?

    It is not a lot.... but it is a GREAT starter for people who are not including it yet. Shoot for more if you want! I am. Everyone is on different levels. And that is ok- for now! hehe

    I have a hard time actually counting how much it is. I bet it would be 2/3 if my circuit portion each day I do circuits so... I will guess with 25-it's pretty close.

    I think it just kind of depends on what"s your Strength Training Goal. For example, my goal is to do strength training twice a week for 15-20 mins.

    We'll see how we do as a group this week and if we dont have a problem hitting 45 mins, next time we'll up it to 60 mins.

    I agree with Shawnalee, shoot for more if you can. You're doing a great job with the challenges! When I see other group members doing such a great job, it motivates me to keep going.

    Shawnalee... If I eat somewhere that's not at home, I usually forget what I ate! (I need to write it down!!) This morning I remembered 2 things I ate yesterday, but it didn't really make a difference because I was already WAAAY overboard with everything. :embarassed: Back with it today!

    A fitness goal and a nutrition goal were what I used to set for myself every week, it really helps keep me in check. I am definitely benefiting from having a crew to do it with!
    Loveme....i would like to know a bit more about you. :) how long has your journey been, how much weight and how did you lose it? Also, what have you learned about yourself and about your weight over that time? Not being nosey. Just curious.:)
