    Update: my "scar tissue" keeping me from working out was actually endometriosis, which explained a lot more of the pain to my doc. Removed successfully. About a 4-5" incision on the c-section line I already had. Surgery was 2/14 and I'm healing, just slowly. No big deal.

    Well, after weighing in under 160 (barely, but was there!) on Friday, I didn't do so well over the weekend. I didn't get as much exercise as I had hoped, although I did walk home from church on Sunday - 1.5 miles. And I ate way too many Girl Scout cookies, so I'm back up above 160 again. At least I still had a weight loss!

    Friday night was "Parents Night Out" at my church, so dh and I went to dinner at Fox & Hound. Normally I get a sandwich or a Firecracker Melt, but I decided to get a salad instead. I got their Napa Valley Spinach Salad with grilled chicken, and it was DELICIOUS!!! :bigsmile: I think that helped in my weight loss last week because I normally get something much more fattening. At least now I know what I'm getting next time we go! :bigsmile:

    Good afternoon!!

    Yay!! 3 weigh-ins in a row and no weight gain OR weight loss! It is even TOM, so I was completely shocked! I do have to say the other day I did notice that my back fat is minimizing, hehe! That is an accomplishment all in its self...I dislike back fat.

    DH was contacted by an trucking co, so hopefully if everything works out he will start Monday. He will be gone throughout the week :sad: But that means I won't have to worry if he by chance sleeps on the couch and I can't workout in the morning :bigsmile: No more excuses! I am ready for our lives to get a little back to normal, even though I will miss him dearly!

    Clare....I agree with you about 30SD L2 and L3. I started L3 this morning. I didn't like L2 because of all the planks, especially the plant twist ab move...ugg!! And I don't like L3 because of the moving pushups. But I do have to say I like L3 a lot better!! Keep up the good work you are almost done with it, don't quit on it now just when you get to L3, you don't want it to beat you, you need to take charge. I did get the Biggest Loser Cardio Max, I have only done L1 and it will make you sweat and use butt muscles you didn't know existed.

    Danteshi...great job on the weight loss, that is awesome!!

    Maria & Judy...when I first started I messed up the weigh-in chart too, don't feel bad it's already been done, hehe and congratulations on both of your losses!

    ok so i came home from work full of optimism! i did Level 2 again as i havent done anything in about a week. oh my god it was so hard. just having those days off have put me right back! i've been sat on the sofa the last 10 minutes cos i feel really really sick!! im going to do level 2 for a week and then get back on level 3 and do it for a week. then i can say i did well over 30 days.... in total... not necessarily consecutively!!!

    Hello everyone! I miss you guys. I have been following the goals and dong well, just have not had alot of computer time. I can update my food and weight from my phone but I cant post unless I log onto the internet...super hard to post from the phone. Sorry I have not been supportive and there for all of you :(

    I have not done any exercise in over a week but have actually started losing since I stopped exercise. It sure is hard to convince myself to make the gym trip when just eating within calories is doing the trick. But I do know the exercise is key to my health, so I will get back ! I promise!

    Good morning all!!

    Everyone is doing so good it seems! Keep it up!

    Last night I got in ZERO exercise! I was so stuffy and there was so much pressure in my head that I knew it would be impossible. Today I feel the same, so we will just have to see what the day brings.

    Plan today:
    Food--
    B-Honey Kix mixed with Chocolate chex, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
    S-Banana, breakfast bar
    L-Cottage cheese, baby carrots, light yogurt
    S-Kiwi fruit
    D-Teriyaki chicken with some vegetable
    S-Fruit in Jello with some cool whip free

    Exercise--
    ??? Maybe some treadmill walking if I feel up to it or some yoga

    Good evening,

    I just finished logging in the rest of my food. I was really surprised! I stayed with my calories and I even ate Zaxbys for dinner! I shredded again this morning L3. I think I am starting to pull my muscle again in my shoulder, so I am going to lay off shoulder exercises for the next few days and take it easy. There are so many exercises in 30DS L3 that involve your shoulders and I think doing jumping jacks with weights is a little too much. I think I am going to break out the wii in the morning and do a step exercise! It's been a while, I hope I'm not rusty..hehe!

    Scale not working (thank goodness), bad eating, bad attitude about exercising...yadayadayada. I'll post tomorrow either way, even if I just have to keep last weeks so I can stay in the challenge. And this time, it is definitely a challenge. Time to get my butt back in the game (before it gets any bigger)
