I am 5'0" and weight 205 currently. My calorie goal is 1200 and will change daily based on how much exercise I do but mainly I burn about 500-600 calories. I eat my exercise calories back so it changes with how much I do. My base is 1200 though.0

I get 1200 calories per day
I am 5'4"
And as of this morning 170.2 pounds
My exercising is very sporadic but when I do exercise I do make sure to eat all (or close to all) of the calories burned from exercising, which is normally at most 2500 -
Im 5,'6 186 and am at 1200
I do cardio every day and burn anywhere from 300 to 400 everyother day I do strength trainning
my goal weight is 140 i started at 2300 -

I'm 5'8" and weigh 145. My goal is to lose a little fat but mostly gain muscle. MFP has me set at 1200 calories. After my workouts it's bumped up to 1500-2000. I always eat a lot of that back. I don't see how a person can exercise and not eat it back. I'd be a lazy tool if I didn't fuel before and after the exercise.
On weekends I often go a little over the calories but the things I "Splurge" on are still pretty healthy compared to a a person who just doesn't give a F.0 -

I'm 5'5" and 143 right now. Hoping to get down to 130.
My base is 1320 per day, plus I eat the majority of my exercise calories, so I eat around 1600-1800 a day, which is a LOT of food. The days I don't exercise, I stick to the 1320, but there hasn't been many that I haven't at least had a nice long walk.0 -

My calories look low but it is not what I go by everyday
Since I am more hungry some days and less hungry others I eat what I want in moderation and I keep track of everything but I try not to go past 1200 each day. So basically I zig zag my calories as long as they add up to a good amount by the end of the week I am ok. I zig zag my exercise as well. I burn atleast 100 everyday and do more if I have the energy and time.

Surely only consuming 800 calories in a day is not in anyway good for you??? MFP recommends a minimum of 1200 and i hav always heard you shouldxn't dip below this or your body goes into starvation mood?
Plus, your exercising,. so you should be eating some of those back too honey xx0 -

Calories burned from exercise: I shoot for 400-500, 6 days a week.
I learned (in one of these forum posts) now that my BMI is within healthy range I should no longer have too much of a calorie deficit. Most of my loss will be done through calories burned and not restricting my intake.

Calories burned from Exercise: depending on who's with me - 250 - 600 / day0 -
Daily Calories: 1480 (to lose a pound a week)
Height: 5'5 1/2 (I NEED that 1/2 inch!!!)

Exercise cals: Usually between 200-300 a day, at least 5 days a week on good weeks, but no less than 3 days.0 -
