    Why is it that when we did sodium, my sodium was a challenge, and fat was under, and now that we're doing fat, my sodium is OK, and my fat is the challenge? :huh: And why do I only eat tofu before TOM? I *TRY* to AVOID soy products before TOM... :laugh:

    So I am excited to see what the challenge is going to be tomorrow! I didn't post yesterday or today because I came in late, but I did my strength both days... :) Stayed under fat one day... Bought a digi scale yesterday. Blessings!

    It's clear that I missed my goal for strength training by about 15 minutes and my fat intake was too much for 2 days, but I am still very thankful for this challenge, because I know that I would not have had the focus that I had in these two categories had the challenge not been in place. Kudos, OP, for doing this. I am looking forward to next week's challenge!
