    We make Turkey Dogs. I just shape em like a hot dog rather than a hamburger and bake them to let the fat drain off. We put them on a bun and the little one loves it. Whole wheat mac and cheese and broccoli and she's in heaven.

    I make turkey chili with it. A little shredded cheddar cheese on top melts right in.
