Here's the scoop... The challenge is to exercise for a total of 24 hours in the month of March! We have had a great group for the last two months! Just post here when you add time to your exercise!

EXAMPLE:
March 1: 60 Minutes Cardio
March 2: 30 Minutes Weight training



Total so far: 1 hour 30 Minutes

    Count me in I am totally loving the challenge that you are facing me with right now! So i am totally up for this one! everyday do we just continue to ad to the post we have already posted?? like after we post it it says edit can we just do it there??

    I think that would be easier if we could all do that so that it keeps everything in one place !!!

    Hi posh, i'm in for this challenge, this will give me more focus on losing a dozen by Easter.
    1st march = 0 mins
