Ok I'm in. I reaaallly need to get back on track. Someone smack me when I don't post updates on my exercise ok?
I'm really looking forward to spring break this month.. having a week off to hit it hard will be great for me. Plus the start of lent as well - no soda & making sure I take time for me everyday (meditation, workout, time to relax by myself). This month should be a great one as long as I can keep my motivation and will-power up. :drinker:0 -
I would love to join this challenge. I have continued to make excuses for not exercising everyday. So this would be a great way to be accountable.0

Ok since I didn't make my Feb Walking goal. :mad: I am going to pick a smaller number and work really hard on reaching my goal this month.
March walking goal = 31 miles because yep you guessed it there are 31 days in March.

Met my goals for both Jan and Feb guess I will go for another month. Came close in Feb to not making it but I got er done. Am going to add just a few more miles and see where that leads me. Think I will go with 65 miles. This has been wonderful NeuroticVirgo. I am glad you started it. I hope you are getting as much out of this as the rest of us seem to be doing. Good luck everyone in the March challenge. Have to make a new ticker. That is a bigger challenge than meeting my walking goal. Not to computer savey.0

walked for 30mins on treadmill today @ 3mph but I don't know how many steps that was. Can't find my pedometer, need to buy a new one.0

Although I didn't meet my February goal I'm going to keep it at 30 minutes a day for March and see if I do better!0

Well, I decided on 100 miles again but I'm holding off on doing Leslie Sansone every weekday for this week. I look at my exercise diary and I seem to be doing quite a lot so I'm going to reduce for this week. I've stalled with my weight ( will be measuring sometime in the next week or so) and think my body needs a bit of a rest!!!
Still hoping to get through 100 miles during March... Here's hoping anyway!

id like to join - I actually came to the forum looking for a thread like this, so glad I found it!!
I would like to achieve 930 minutes for this month - It will probably look like Im doing loads this week but thats only because Im off so I know that once I get back to work next week it will be harder to achieve more than 30mins a day - if I hit 1000 minutes even better!!

My goal is to walk an average of 15 minutes a day, for a total of 465 minutes by the end of March. I know it's not much, but it's a start. Today it is beautiful outside, and I walked for 30 minutes along the canal that runs behind my apartment. Hopefully the weather will stay nice, and I can make this a part of my daily routine!0

Hi everyone - Just joining (Ithis challenge AND the site!). My activity is severely hampered right now, but on a good day I can mall walk at least once around, which is "only" .75 miles, so right now that will have to be my daily challenge. Maybe in April I can bump it up to twice around!

I copied the ticker link from my signature page into a new browser. I was able to enter my PIN and miles then copied the new link back to the signature. Not sure if that last step is completely necessary, but that's how I did it.0 -

Yeah, go to your signature page and copy the URL from your ticker (it starts with http://www.tickerfactory.com) into your browser. Then you will be able to edit the ticker. You do not have to change anything in your signature after you update your data.0
