Hey everyone,
It's that time again! It's the 1st of a new month so it's time to track some new miles!
Let's try to get 1200 miles as a group this month.
We'll be using the same formula to track the group's progress:
____(My Miles) + ______ (Previous Group Miles) = _______ (New Group Miles)
Example: 2.50 (My Miles) + 50 (Previous Group Miles) = 52.50 (New Group Miles)
*Everyone should check in AT LEAST once a week but you can totally post every day if you choose.
Runners, Walkers, and Eliptical(ers?) all welcome to join.
