    I'm in, this sounds like a good challenge to get me going!

    I'm doing ok for the first challenge already!

    Starting weight is 223 lbs.
  • Im not feeling to motivated.. I drank 12 oz of water.. really! Tomorrow is a new day.. and no more pop.. I did go for a walk tho!

    I won't have a problem with the exercise but I need a kick in the rear for the weight loss.

    Well it is March 1st but better late than never.
    My starting weight is 202.1 and my first goal is 180.

    I'd love to jump in. I really hope to be close to 130 by mother's day, so this is pretty good motivation.

    1st challenge: DRINK HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN WATER ALL WEEK! This is supposed to be the amount over water a person should drink. Example: If you weigh 200lbs you would drink 100oz of water!!!

    I didn't see this yesterday and drank 64 oz instead of 74. I'll aim for 84 tonight to balance it out! Drinking about 74oz a day would put me at a goal of 518 oz this week so...

    ok so I found that drinking almost 100 oz of water is hard after drinking about 64 oz of green tea...

    The water thing has been easy for me because I work outside a lot. Take a gallon of water before lunch and a gallon after just to stay hidrated. I have found this to be the success of my weight loss though.

    Yay 236.6 / 780.5 for the water challenge. So far, so good!

    Not so good on the weight challenge...up 2 pounds! But it's only the 2nd day, I can do this!

    Just checkin' in. Things are going well...I'm getting all of my water in...and I am down a little bit ( : Last night for dinner we had Lean Turkey Italian Sausage with homemade marinara sauce and spaghetti squash...After this phenomenally healthy dinner, I thought to myself, "I can do this!"

    I drank 72 Oz off water is that ok!! this is day one off "taking care of me" today I started my diet did Okay so far do not feel hungry

    You guys are doing so good with the water!

    Me....not so much. :( I have been running around doing so many errands and once the water bottle is gone I don't even think about it.

    I am going to kick my butt in gear though. After all, I am the one who made the challenge, lol!!!

    I can't seem to get all of my water in, I am short about 10 oz everyday. I am working on it though!

    Ok i got it- it's easier than it sounds

    156 divided by half = 78
    78 x 7 days = 546oz
    546 / 16.9oz (PS bottle) = 32 1/2 bottles of water per week!!
    Bottom line for me it equals 5 bottles per day!!!

    We so can do this everybody!!!!!!

    btw, did i mention that water is soooooo not my favorite!!!!!
