i'm in! SW 196lbs, name: Faith
we all can try our best. 1 pound every 3 days sounds like a lot, but think about it like this---3500 calories=1 pound of fat. 3500/3~=1200 calories each day (eat less, and burn some off with a good workout). so that means maybe cutting out about 600 calories of food each day, and burning off about 600 with exercise (or some other combo of 1200 calories).
i know, that sounds like bull (i don't necessarily believe it either) but i have to try to convince YOU in the process of trying to convince ME! let's try it0 -
