who is in to a challenge to lose 10 lbs in the month of March just send me your march starting weight and I will chart it weigh in is every Friday.

    I'm also trying to lose 10lbs this month, but I don't think it will happen. It's worth a shot though.

    i'm in! SW 196lbs, name: Faith

    we all can try our best. 1 pound every 3 days sounds like a lot, but think about it like this---3500 calories=1 pound of fat. 3500/3~=1200 calories each day (eat less, and burn some off with a good workout). so that means maybe cutting out about 600 calories of food each day, and burning off about 600 with exercise (or some other combo of 1200 calories).

    i know, that sounds like bull (i don't necessarily believe it either) but i have to try to convince YOU in the process of trying to convince ME! let's try it :)
