My current favorite is egg white omelets with Green Peppers, Turkey Sausage and Peperjack cheese – there is just enough kick to it because of the seasoning in the sausage and the cheese. I’m also loving Greek Yogurt – even though I said I’d never try it but I have to be careful with not eating more than one a day because of how expensive they are.

Spinach!! (cooked, or in a salad) -- I only ate it for a short period of time as a child when Popeye was cool lol. I sneaked it in my spaghetti this week. It's not bad!

Think Thin Crunch - Mixed Nuts & Chocolate bar. Delicious! 190 calories, 10g protein, 4g fiber and only 3g sugar.

I've always been an adventurous healthy eater.....Just my potions were bad:embarassed:

Since spending every Saturday morning at the farmers market last summer I've gotten into eatting Avocados 2-3 times a week. I eat sweet potatoes, butternut and acorn squash every week.

I've been getting into baked fritattas. Eating pumpkin in more savory dishes. I've really gotten into Thai and Indian cooking. At my favorite Thai restaurant they have a pumpkin Thai curry that is A-mazing. I like to add shrimp and brown rice.

    I seriously love food:love:

I know you've heard a lot of Greek Yogurt, but it is great! Yoplait makes a 4 pk of smaller lower calorie that come in honey vanilla (So yummy) and Strawberry.

Ive also found that I LOVE Yoplait Delights... The Chocolate Rasberry is out of this world!!

I know people say stay away from pasta, but I disagree. Barilla Protien Plus is AWESOME and loaded with protien!!!

I thought of something that I have tried new this year....purple & green cauliflower.

I roast it like I do the white stuff then eat it plain, with a little salt or sometimes add curry powder.

It has a different taste & is fun to eat!
