I do not currently have a HRM , and I can't find any entries for 30 Day Shred in the Cardio Exercise database on MFP. With so many thousands of people doing the 30DS, I would assume somewhere it would be listed. I see others logging it in, how are they getting the calorie calculations? I haven't ever logged mine in..I'm curious to know around how many calories are being burned. Any Ideas?

Circuit Training is usually what people put it under- but I highly recommend the HRM, its more accurate0

Before I got my HRM... I input it as a new excercise labeled 30 Day Shred Level 1, and then estimsted 200 calories. Then I got my HRM and it turns out for me it was about 230-240.0
