    Again didn't want to work out a second time today, but did some low key zumba so I can safely consume homemade jambalaya for dinner! ;)

    Wow! It looks like everyone is almost at their goal or past. I've been busy so I haven't reported in a few days but I have exercised for the most part.

    thur: min. (nothing i wasn't feeling well)

    Looks like 30 day shred and a litet walk tomorrow should do it. Or maybe some light weights tonight.
