Therr is a thread to post our losses on but it has got a bit confused so I'm just posting mine here for now until later today maybe.
I lost 2lbs this week, my goal was 130 and today I weighed 129.
I had one serving of cocopops mega munchers cereal, do these count in the choc challenge?
Can't wait to hear how everyone else got onI am aiming for another 2lbs in week 2! Good luck all xxxx

Hi all, I met my goal of 2 pounds.... was 3 pounds earlier this wk but one has crept back on, shouldn't have got the scales twice!
No chocolate this week.

I don't seem to be able to message Pearl-Normal, so here are my stats:
Starting weight; 179.5lbs
Week 1: 177.5lbs
Loss: 2lbs
Total challenge loss: 2lbs
2 servings of chocolate (Fail! Must try harder on challenge next week!0 -
I lost 3lb and had no chocolate.

Oh man, I really need help on weekends; nearly every weekend I go waaaaay over my calories at least on one day. Why?? *shakes fist at self*0

Bad weekend for food too but have just got home and intend to be better from tomorrow! The burger king at reading services was an all time low... 4.75 pounds and 510 calories down the drain.... didn't even enjoy it.
Any news on this week's mini challenge? Don't want to unintentionally eat something shouldn't!

This weeks challenge is burn 700 calories, starts tomorrow, ends Saturday - so keep a track of your exercise if you don't already.0 -
