    Hey guys, joining the challenge late. Great idea, gives me more motivation to lift and run during the week! Get to our goals together.

    March 1 - Ice hockey 1 hr
    March 3 - Basketball 2 hrs

    3/2: 52 minutes walking and rebounding
    3/3: 20 minutes walking

    3/3- 180 min. ---- (jog at park, plsaground w/my baby, and 2 hours at gym
    3/4-90 min---(aerobic step class)

    March 1st: 1.5 hrs (30 min walk, 15 min run, 45 strength training) YAY!
    March 2nd: 1.75 hrs (15 min walk, 8 min run, 22 min bike, 45 min strength, 10 min stretch)
    March 3rd: 1.25 hrs (23 min walk, 12 min run, 35 min strength, 10 min stretch)
    March 4th: 1.25hrs (28 min walk, 12 min run, 25 min strength, 10 min stretch)

    Total 5.5 hrs

    Hi! I'm new to the site...just found this challenge...sounds like fun and just the right amount of kick in the pants that I need to really do this.

    TOTAL - 4:35

    Today marks the most time spent working out in one day (over 2 hours), as well as most amount of calories burned in one day (over 1k), since I've started tracking it . . . and, honestly, probably ever in my life. :)
