Sounds good to me... don't know if it will happen though! since starting p90x a week ago all I have done is gain! Hoping that comes to an end.

OK guys last chance work out today , tonight tomorrow morning whenever you work out tomorrows weigh in day!!! lets go get up and move it.
Punkrawkcutie is our bubbly girl keeping everyong motivated. Let's do this I hope everyone has a great weigh in tomorrow. If I get most of the weigh in tomorrow I will post the stats Friday or Saturday promise. get up get up and move if your stuck change your routine a little to confuse your body. drink your water i know some can't or dont like water I use to be one of them. next week we will start having weekly challanges. I will post one Sunday night. don't forget GET UP AND MOVE you can do it!!!0 -

Try to change something in your routine to confuse your body. I am not sure what youy are doing so that is all I can say. do you walk on a treadmill? if so increase the incline or walk faster.0 -

I am so excited - I worked out every day this week except Tuesday. I only got 76 minutes in this week, but I am still happy with that because I would do 1 - 2 days and lose motivation. Looking forward to tomorrow.0
